What is Fotona Erbium Laser?

The Fotona Erbium Laser performs in fully ablative mode or a fractional laser resurfacing mode for skin rejuvenation and scar treatments.

Laser energy is discharged to the epidermal layers of the skin across the treatment area. The detailed settings of the Fotona laser allows targeting of the focused areas, while the surrounding tissue cells remain untouched. The treatment encourage the body’s wound healing response to stimulate fibroblasts and activate production of new collagen, and is effective in treating many types of skin concerns.


How does Fotona Erbium Laser work?

The Fotona Erbium Resurfacing Laser involves using Er: YAG laser setting that offer flexible treatment options for all patient skin types and concerns, such as skin tags or warts.

The Er:YAG laser safely and effectively provides the minimal penetration depth required for light resurfacing of the skin, helping to improve skin texture and tone.

There is minimal downtime for Fotona Erbium Laser Treatment and it depends on the condition of the skin tag.
Your skin may appear slightly reddish for about few hours up to 3 days for some people right after the treatment. Treatment Duration Fotona Erbium Laser Treatment would take up to around 60 minutes per session, and skin tags should be gone after one session. Touch up in a month is necessary if needed.
